The Necropolis below Saint Peter's Basilica, Vatican

In 64 AD, after the devastating fire that ravaged Rome, Nero persecuted many Christians, accusing them of being behind the disaster.

The apostles Peter and Paul were executed in the arena built on the Vatican hill for shows and horse racing.

According to archaeologists, the plan of this circus was over the entire length of the current basilica and the Place St Pierre. Dowsing analysis would confirm the precise dimensions of this antique building.

On the backbone of the circus stood an obelisk brought from Egypt, obelisk that was moved in 1586 to be positioned in the center of St. Peter's piazza, as we can see it today.

Not far from the original location of the obelisk was the place where Peter, the disciple of Jesus, was crucified at his request head downward, because he considered himself he couldn’t deserve to die the same way as his master.

According to a letter from the priest Gaius, in 120 AD, the apostle's body was buried near the Circus of Nero, in the Roman necropolis located on the Vatican hill.

In 322, during Constantine’s reign, starts the building the first church, above the supposed site of the tomb of Saint Peter. It is then necessary to fill the Vatican hill and level the ground basement for hosting the first church.

More than 40 000 m3 of soil are dumped on the Roman necropolis.

The memory of the necropolis fades over the centuries, until the excavations in the early years of the pontificate of Pope Pius XII, in 1939.

So, a funeral underground universe stood for 1600 years hidden under mounds of soil. The visit starts there.

Going under the Vatican Grottoes takes us from 4 to 10 meters deep, in a warm and humid atmosphere.

In order to preserve the quality of paintings and ancient structures, moisture is maintained at this level, while the Fabric of St. Peter Vatican restricts access to the excavation site in small groups with a guide.

First impressions

Temperature, humidity, low light and narrow underground access may sometimes cause a feeling of claustrophobia and oppression in early visit.

We especially feel the presence of several negative cosmo-telluric chimneys. Of course, these energy systems are spotted in the present basilica level.

The vibratory level in front of the Z Mausoleum Z, alsa colled "of the Egyptians” is very low. The bio energetic field measured in a spot near the south outer wall is around 10%.

Seven golden rays spread from his head, symbolizing Christ as "light of life".

Our guide sees in the representation of vertical and horizontal rays the symbol of the Christian cross.

Arrived near the place where the martyr was buried, we feel a very strong increase of the vibratory level.

The state of consciousness that we have reached no longer allows us to get a correct measure of our etheric body, the bio energetic field could to be from 2 500 to 4 000%.

At this point, we are not looking to identify geobiological phenomena.

Looking at the wall covered with ancient graffiti and the place where the relics of Peter have been worshipped, we just feel reverence and respect.

Our guide explained us that archaeological, anthropometric, historical, and various scientific analysis established clues and evidence to suggest that the relics that are kept here are those from Peter, the apostle who knew Jesus.

With a total objectivity, we can say that the energy that is felt at this point is an exceptional energy, and that the bones we saw are those of St. Peter, Rome came to evangelize, and crucified by Nero in the year 64 of our era.

Everyone is free to believe or disbelieve in the existence of Jesus Christ.
